High Quality Services

We work with a range of International, Government and private sector clients, in addition to Not-for-Profit Organisations.
Archiving Services
Archiving is an essential part of document management . This process allows organisations to reduce their storage costs and improve their ability to retrieve records.

Archiving records involves the process of identifying records that can be:
  • Destroyed as they no longer are needed
  • Retained for a specified period of time to ensure legislative requirements, audit requirements, and administrative evidence requirements are met
  • Held permanently as they have historical value to the organisation or are required by State and/or Territory Archives Services.

All archived records are separated into three categories:
  • Destroy
  • Temporary (to be retained for a longer period)
  • Permanent

At Midas docs we have the experience and expertise to deliver on large archiving projects. Our staff are experienced at all tasks involved including appraisal and sentencing using approved records disposal authorities, preparing consignment lists, preparing notification of destruction authorities, lodgements into secondary storage facilities and communicating with clients and other relevant stakeholders.
